What is the returns policy?
HAVELLI is always happy to accept online returns if the items are returned to us within 14 days from the date of purchase. We will process the refund using the original method of payment.
Please note - shipping costs are non refundable.
Return Requirements
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
- Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
- No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.
All below items are non-returnable:
- Earrings
- Engraved and monogrammed products
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
How do i return my online purchase?
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@havelli.club. Please mention the following in your email:
- name
- order number
- the item(s) you want to return
- reason for return
Once your return has been accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
UK Returns
Return your parcel via your local post office and ensure you obtain proof of postage. Please note - all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
International Returns
As an International customer (outside of the UK) you can return your parcel using any postal service. Please note - all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you mark your parcel as ‘returned goods’ to avoid being charged any duties. Please also note, we do not refund international customs taxes and sales charges. The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us - remember to ask for proof of postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked and shipped service for returns as we cannot refund/exchange items that don't reach us safely.
When will i receive my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
